- Teamwork: Coordinate with the rest of the kitchen staff
- Inventory management: Supervise stock, store food correctly, and collaborate on merchandise orders.
- Safety and Hygiene (GMP): Maintain the order and cleanliness of equipment and utensils, avoiding cross-contamination and following hygienic-sanitary regulations.

Willingness to learn and a positive attitude

- Rotating shifts from 7:00-15:00, 15:00-23:00 morning/afternoon. Monthly schedule from Monday to Sunday. The night shift from 23:00 to 07:00 may be requested exceptionally.

- Trabajo en equipo: Coordinarse con el resto del personal de cocina
- Gestión de inventarios: Supervisar el stock, almacenar alimentos correctamente y colaborar en los pedidos de mercancía.
- Seguridad e Higiene (BPM): Mantener el orden y limpieza de equipos y utensilios, evitando la contaminación cruzada y siguiendo normas higiénico-sanitarias.

Tener predisposición poara aprender y actitud

- Turno rotativos de 7:00-15:00, 15:00-23:00 mañana/tarde. Cuadrante mensual de lunes a domingo. Podrán pedir excepcionalmente el turno de noche: de 23:00 a 07:00
