About the role

Do you come from the concrete sector and know in detail how to keep a prefabrication plant running at full capacity? At Randstad, we are looking for someone like you! We are seeking a First-class Prefabricated Elements Worker with a solid background in industrial mechanics and welding.

What you'll do

As part of the plant production department, your main duties will be:

  • Managing, coordinating, and directly leading a team of 3 to 5 workers.
  • Supervising and carrying out the prefabrication manufacturing processes: preparing rebar, formwork, and pouring concrete.
  • Handling and transporting large prefabricated pieces using high-capacity and high-tonnage forklifts.
  • Reading and interpreting technical drawings to ensure correct rebar placement and concrete finishing.
  • Performing quality control on finished products and strictly enforcing the safety regulations (PRL) for the team under your charge.

What we're looking for

  • A Vocational Training degree in Civil Works, Industrial Manufacturing, or a related field is valued (not required if you have extensive experience).
  • At least 2 years of experience working as a First-class Worker in prefabricated concrete and rebar plants.
  • Previous experience successfully managing small teams of operators (3-5 people).
  • A valid forklift license and real, fluent experience operating high-capacity, high-tonnage forklifts (moving heavy/bulky pieces).
  • Organizational skills, a proactive profile, rigor, and a strong commitment to plant safety.
  • Immediate availability or availability according to your notice period.

What you'll get

  • Competitive salary starting at €30,000, negotiable based on experience and the value you bring.
  • Permanent contract with long-term stability at a leading company.
  • Full-time position with a morning shift schedule.
  • Opportunity for growth and professional development while taking on team responsibilities.
  • Be part of a dynamic, safe work environment with a team of highly qualified professionals.
