Hose fitting operator

Do you have experience as a hose fitting operator? At Randstad, we are looking for someone just like you!

-Supply the hose fitting machine.

Identify and move the material from the entry area to the machine, ensuring that the hose coils and fittings/sleeves match exactly the production order to be carried out.

-Attach the fitting to the hose.

-Perform the hose fitting process (mechanical pressing or crimping), inserting the couplings into the ends of the hose while applying the stipulated force and measurement tolerances.

-Check for leaks.

-Move the material to the testing area and subject the fitted hoses to hydraulic verification (pressurized water), following the test instructions and respecting the indicated sampling percentages. Afterwards, return the material to its corresponding area.

-Condition the finished product.

Once the fitting and pressure test have been validated, clean, coil, and place the hose on the pallet, applying the identifying batch/code label according to packaging standards.

-Maintenance of the work environment.

Clean the work area (residual water from tests, shavings, discarded fittings) and ensure first-level preventive maintenance of the pressing machine.

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar environment

Forklift license (used occasionally)

Compulsory secondary education (ESO)

Annual gross salary according to collective agreement.

EUR 12.38 per hour

Stable position.

Full-time schedule from Monday to Friday with rotation every 15 days between morning shift (6:00 AM to 2:00 PM) and afternoon shift (2:00 PM to 10:00 PM). Includes a 20-minute break.

-Abastecer la máquina de racorar.

Identificar y trasladar el material desde la zona de entrada hasta la máquina, asegurando que las bobinas de manguera y los racores/casquillos coinciden exactamente con la orden de producción a realizar.

-Unir el racor a la manguera.

-Ejecutar el proceso de racorado (prensado o engatillado mecánico), introduciendo los acoplamientos en los extremos de la manguera aplicando las tolerancias de fuerza y medidas estipuladas.

-Comprobar la estanqueidad.

-Trasladar el material a la zona de pruebas y somete las mangueras racoradas a verificación hidráulica (agua a presión), siguiendo las instrucciones de ensayo y respetando los porcentajes de muestreo indicados. Posteriormente, devuelve el material a su zona correspondiente.

-Acondicionar el producto terminado.

Una vez validado el racorado y la prueba de presión, limpia, enrolla y coloca la manguera sobre el palet, aplicando el etiquetado identificativo de lote/código según los estándares de empaquetado.

-Mantenimiento del entorno de trabajo.

Limpieza zona de trabajo (restos de agua de las pruebas, virutas, racores desechados) y asegura el mantenimiento preventivo de primer nivel de la máquina de prensar.

Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en entorno similar

Jornada Completa de lunes a viernes con rotación cada 15 días en turno de mañana (06:00 a 14:00h) y tarde (14:00h a 22:00h). Incluidos 20 minutos de descanso.
