Plastic Injection Operator

Do you have experience in plastic injection?

We are looking for someone to join the team at the La Garriga factory as an injection operator.

• Identify product manufacturing defects.
• Report any anomalies (machines, parts, peripherals, etc.) to the shift supervisor.
• Fit and place the product on pallets according to manufacturing standard instructions.
• Carry out plastic waste treatment.
• Segregate generated waste for subsequent treatment.
• Enter manufactured parts, defective parts, and rejects into the computer system according to established criteria.
• Report breakdowns immediately.
• Collect parts from the machine.
• Cut sprues if required by the part.
• Deburr, mill, or machine if required by the part.
• Perform pre-assemblies if required by the part.

• Previous experience in plastic injection.

• Availability to work morning, afternoon, and/or night shifts. During the first month, the schedule is fixed to mornings (6 a.m.–2 p.m.).
• Possibility of a one-month contract starting 24/08, with the option to move to a permanent seasonal contract.
• Work in a pleasant and dynamic environment.
• Contract directly with the company.

¿Tienes experiencia en inyección de plásticos?

Estamos en búsqueda de una persona para incorporarse a trabajar en la fábrica de La Garriga como operario/a en inyección.

• Identificar defectos de fabricación del producto.
• Informar al responsable de turno de las anomalías que sucedan (máquinas, piezas, periféricos, etc.)
• Encajar y colocar el producto en los palés según las indicaciones de los estándares de fabricación.
• Realizar el tratamiento de los residuos plásticos.
• Segregar los residuos generados por su posterior tratamiento.
• Informar el sistema informático de las piezas fabricadas, de las piezas defectuosas y de los pares, según los criterios establecidos.
• Notificar averías inmediatamente.
• Recoger pieza de máquina
• Cortar coladas si la pieza lo precisa.
• Desbarbar, fresar o mecanizar si la pieza lo precisa.
• Realice pre montajes si la pieza lo precisa.

• Experiencia previa en inyección de plástico.

• Disponibilidad para realizar el turno de mañana, tarde y/o noche. Durante el primer mes el horario es fijo de mañana (6h-14h).
• Posibilidad de realizar un contrato de un mes a partir del 24/08 teniendo la posibilidad de pasar a fijo-discontinuo.
• Trabajar en un ambiente agradable y dinámico.
• Contrato directamente por empresa.
