RESPONSABILITIES
-Ensure accurate and timely payroll calculation for all employees.
-Validate salary components, deductions, and statutory contributions.
-Maintain compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and social security requirements.
-Manage all Bank rejects and coordinate with employees to rectify missing data.
-Manage external and internal audits and provide necessary documentation.
-Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with IT or vendors for resolution.
-Respond to employee queries, via the case management system, regarding salary, deductions, and benefits.
-Manage sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
-Liaise with external payroll providers and brokers.
-Collaborate with HR, Finance, and local authorities for smooth operations.
-Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency in payroll processes.
-Implement best practices and ensure continuous improvement.
SKILLS
-Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Strong Excel skills including v-lookups and pivot tables, minimally.
-Strong time management and organization skills; ability to effectively multi-task
-Advanced experience in O365
-Experience with Workday as an HR system, preferred.
-International Payroll insights, preferred.
-BA/BS degree preferred.

High level of English
