**The shift system would be as follows (availability required):**

1) Regular and usual shift:

3 weeks on morning shift: from 07:00 to 15:00.

Week with on-call duties: During one of the weeks in the cycle, one of the following on-call duty schemes will be carried out:

1.1) Morning shift with on-call duty:

Working hours: from 07:00 to 15:00.

On-call duty: from 03:00 to 07:00 (it may happen that it is not worked).

In case of covering the full on-call duty, it will be possible to finish the shift before 15:00.

2) Afternoon shift:

1 week on afternoon shift per month, working hours: from 14:50 to 22:50.

2.1) Afternoon shift with on-call duty:

Working hours: from 14:50 to 22:50.

On-call duty: from 23:00 to 03:00.

3) Weekend on-call duties:

One weekend with morning on-call duty: from 03:00 to 15:00.

One weekend with afternoon on-call duty: from 15:00 to 03:00 (of the following day).

We are looking for a Senior Maintenance Technician / First-Class Officer for the Azuqueca plant.

-Electromechanical technician with higher vocational training (valued) with a minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial environments.

-Knowledge in diagnosis and troubleshooting of pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical systems, PLCs, HMIs, etc.

-Accustomed to working in maintenance systems focused on continuous improvement, CMMS, etc.

-Proactive attitude, ability to work autonomously and with communication skills to interact with internal clients, suppliers, etc.

-Accustomed/disposed to working within a rotating shift system.

-Must be a resident of Madrid or Guadalajara Province.

-Must be available to not take vacations in August (full month) to carry out maintenance, respecting rest periods.

-Driver's license and own vehicle to access the facilities.

- Permanent contract.

-The gross annual salary will be EUR 35,335, to which the amount of on-call duties must be added if performed (approx. 10-15% of salary). Additionally, a bonus will be paid, if the conditions are met, of up to 1/12 of their salary (but starting next year). On-call duties are paid, but the hours worked during them are compensated.

-Travel to on-call duties will be paid under certain conditions.

-Participación en la redacción de procedimientos.

**El sistema de guardias sería el siguiente (se requiere disponibilidad):

1)Turno regular y habitual:

3 semanas en turno de mañana: de 07:00 a 15:00.

Semana con guardias: Durante una de las semanas del ciclo se realizará uno de los siguientes esquemas con guardia:

1.1)Turno de mañana con guardia:

Horario laboral: de 07:00 a 15:00.

Guardia: de 03:00 a 07:00 (se puede dar el caso de no trabajarla).

En caso de cubrir la guardia completa, se podrá finalizar la jornada antes de las 15:00.

2)Turno de tarde:

1 semana de turno de tarde al mes, horario laboral: de 14:50 a 22:50.

2.1)Turno de tarde con guardia:

Horario laboral: de 14:50 a 22:50.

Guardia: de 23:00 a 03:00.

3)Guardias de fin de semana:

Un fin de semana con guardia de mañana: de 03:00 a 15:00.

Un fin de semana con guardia de tarde: de 15:00 a 03:00 (del día siguiente).

Buscamos un Técnico de Mantenimiento Senior / Oficial de primera para la planta de Azuqueca.

-Electromecanico con ciclo formativo grado superior (valorable) con experiencia mínima 3 años en entornos industriales.

-Conocimientos en diagnóstico y solución de averías en sistemas neumáticos, hidráulicos, eléctricos, PLCs, HMIs, etc.

-Habituado a trabajar en sistemas de mantenimiento enfocados en la mejora continua, GMAOs, etc.

-Actitud proactiva, capacidad de trabajo de forma autónoma y con habilidades comunicativas para interactuar con clientes internos, proveedores, etc.

-Acostumbrado/dispuesto a trabajar dentro de sistema de guardias rotativas.

-Imprescindible residente en Provincia Madrid o Guadalajara.

-Tener disponibilidad para no tener vacaciones en Agosto (completo) para realizar mantenimiento, respetando los descansos.

-Carnet de Conducir y vehículo propio para acceder a las instalaciones.

-Contrato indefinido.

-Salario bruto anual será 35.335 euros, a lo que hay que añadir el importe de las guardias si las realiza (aprox. un 10-15% de salario). Además, cobrará un bonus, si se cumplen las condiciones, de hasta 1/12 de su salario (pero a partir del año que viene). Las guardias se pagan, pero las horas realizadas durante las mismas se libran.
