As an Electromechanical Maintenance Technician, your main objective will be to ensure maximum efficiency, reliability, and availability of the automated production lines. Your main functions will include:

Preventive and corrective maintenance: Ensuring the correct operation of industrial machinery, automated assembly lines, auxiliary services, and electromechanical systems.

Fault diagnosis and resolution: Locating electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electronic failures in continuous production environments.

Automation and control: Diagnosing incidents in automated systems through the connection and reading of PLCs (Siemens TIA Portal / Step7) and HMI screens.

Technical support for production: Actively collaborating in line startups, format changes, fine-tuning of machinery, and real-time incident resolution.

Continuous improvement and recording: Proposing technical improvements to reduce machine downtime and recording all interventions in the maintenance management software (CMMS).
