WHAT FUNCTIONS WOULD YOU PERFORM?
- Your role will be to be in direct contact with the day-to-day activity, understanding how work is done and helping to improve it.
- Identify and evaluate risks from a global perspective (safety, hygiene, ergonomics, and psychosociology).
- Accompany teams in the plant and offices, proposing applicable improvements.
- Drive training actions connected to real work.
- Maintain and give meaning to management systems (ISO 45001, audits such as SMETA).
- Advise managers and leadership on decisions related to health and safety.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Training in PRL (Occupational Risk Prevention) with the three specialties.
- Initial experience or a few years of experience in an industrial environment.
- Analytical capacity and a practical sense.
- Ability to work with different teams.
- Interest in understanding and improving, not just complying.
- A person with a technical foundation in occupational risk prevention and the judgment to interpret what happens on the ground.
