At Randstad, we are selecting a Maintenance and Dismantling Coordinator for the night shift in Olot. We offer you a stable job position, with a focus centered on the management and organization of the work team and simple mechanical operational tasks.

Reporting directly to the Maintenance Supervisor, your main mission will be to coordinate, organize, and provide technical support for the assembly and disassembly tasks of machinery so that the internal cleaning team can operate without incidents. Your daily functions will be:
- Directly lead and supervise the assigned team of 6 assembly and disassembly operators.

- Ensure that the machinery starts in perfect working condition at the end of the shift.

- Coordinate cleaning hours so that operators can perform basic repairs and the corresponding preventive maintenance.

- Manage the stock and common daily spare parts (such as modular belts or satellite hoses).

- Guarantee the protection of electrical equipment by defining and monitoring protocols during machinery cleaning.

- Resolve basic technical incidents that arise in the department during the night.

- Record the work performed in the computer maintenance system (CMMS).
