From the RAS INTERIM TERRASSA office, we are selecting a/an REAL ESTATE MANAGEMENT AND TREASURY ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT for a company in the asset/real estate management sector located in Viladecavalls.

Administratively manage the company's real estate portfolio.
Coordinate external suppliers and maintenance teams.
Follow up on incidents, repairs, and associated services.
Record bank movements, reconciliations, and bank expenses.
Manage collections, payments, remittances, SEPA files, and unpaid invoices.
Provide support in accounting, tax, and administrative tasks.

Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Higher Technician Degree (CFGS) in Administration and Finance, or similar.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in administration, accounting, or treasury.
Knowledge of general accounting, treasury, and payment/collection management.
Proficiency in banking tools, SEPA files, Excel, and the Office suite.
Organized, autonomous, proactive person with attention to detail.

Desde la oficina RAS INTERIM TERRASSA seleccionamos ADMINISTRATIVO/A DE GESTIÓN DE INMUEBLES Y TESORERÍA para empresa del sector gestión patrimonial/inmobiliaria ubicada en Viladecavalls.
👌 TUS RESPONSABILIDADES
Gestionar administrativamente la cartera de inmuebles de la compañía.
Coordinar proveedores y equipos de mantenimiento externos.
Hacer seguimiento de incidencias, reparaciones y servicios asociados.
Contabilizar movimientos bancarios, conciliaciones y gastos bancarios.
Gestionar cobros, pagos, remesas, ficheros SEPA e impagados.
Dar soporte en tareas contables, fiscales y administrativas.

Formación en ADE, Economía, CFGS en Administración y Finanzas o similar.
Experiencia mínima de 2-3 años en administración, contabilidad o tesorería.
Conocimientos de contabilidad general, tesorería y gestión de cobros y pagos.
Manejo de herramientas bancarias, ficheros SEPA, Excel y paquete Office.
Persona organizada, autónoma, proactiva y con atención al detalle.
