Requirements

What we're looking for

  • Availability for immediate start.

  • Intermediate or advanced vocational training in Administration, Logistics, Transport, or a related field.

  • Previous experience as a logistics administrator, commercial customer service, or similar for at least 1 year.

  • Office software skills.

  • Valid driver's license and own vehicle to get to work.

  • Communication skills and ability to work in a team.

  • Dynamic, flexible, and responsible profile.

Pay & benefits

What you'll get

  • Temporary contract through a staffing agency, + possibility of joining the company's permanent staff.

  • Monday to Friday, rotating shifts: morning, afternoon, split shift (9:00 AM - 2:00 PM / 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM), and night shift.

  • Full-time working day of 40 hours per week.

  • Salary: €10.00 gross/hour.

The role

From the GRUPO RAS VALENCIA office we are selecting ADMINISTRATIVE/LOGISTICS ASSISTANTS LOGISTICS for a company in the LOGISTICS SECTOR located in SEVILLE.

What you'll do

  • Management, control, and filing of delivery notes, invoices, and transport documentation.

  • Control of stock entries and exits.

  • Management and follow-up of customer and supplier orders.

  • Phone and email liaison with customers and suppliers.

  • Preparation of logistics reports and statements.

  • Telephone customer service and sales.
