Your objective within the company will be to ensure the safe, efficient, and optimized maintenance of the electrical, instrumentation, and control installations of the combined cycle plant
Main tasks:
- Plan and supervise the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance in electrical and instrumentation systems, guaranteeing equipment availability and reliability.
- Manage and optimize control systems (PLC, SCADA), instrument calibration, and electrical protections, ensuring their correct operation.
- Ensure regulatory compliance regarding electrical matters, industrial safety (HSE), and the use of technical tools (SAP, AutoCAD).
- Analyze and propose improvements in control systems, equipment, and installations to increase efficiency and reduce incidents.
- Coordinate interdepartmental activities, working closely with Operations, other maintenance teams, and the Safety area.
- Supervise and lead the activities of internal personnel (electrical and instrumentation workshop) and external contractors, ensuring quality and deadlines.
- Draft technical specifications for the procurement of supplies and services related to the area of competence.
- Investigate anomalies and incidents, determining root causes and establishing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Prepare technical and maintenance reports, providing clear and useful information for decision-making.
- Manage permits and lock-outs to ensure the safe execution of work in the facility.
- Demonstrate leadership skills, effective communication, decision-making, failure analysis, and a focus on continuous improvement.

Principales tareas:
- Planificar y supervisar la ejecución del mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo en sistemas eléctricos e instrumentación, garantizando la disponibilidad y fiabilidad de los equipos.
- Gestionar y optimizar sistemas de control (PLC, SCADA), calibración de instrumentos y protecciones eléctricas, asegurando su correcto funcionamiento.
- Velar por el cumplimiento normativo en materia eléctrica, seguridad industrial (HSE) y uso de herramientas técnicas (SAP, AutoCAD).
- Analizar y proponer mejoras en sistemas de control, equipos e instalaciones para incrementar la eficiencia y reducir incidencias.
- Coordinar actividades interdepartamentales, trabajando estrechamente con Operación, otros equipos de mantenimiento y el área de Seguridad.
- Supervisar y liderar las actividades del personal propio (taller eléctrico e instrumentación) y de contratistas externos, asegurando calidad y plazos.
- Redactar especificaciones técnicas para la contratación de suministros y servicios relacionados con el área de competencia.
- Investigar anomalías e incidencias, determinando causas raíz y estableciendo acciones correctivas para evitar su repetición.
- Elaborar informes técnicos y de mantenimiento, proporcionando información clara y útil para la toma de decisiones.
- Gestionar permisos y descargos para garantizar la ejecución segura de los trabajos en la instalación.
- Demostrar habilidades de liderazgo, comunicación efectiva, toma de decisiones, análisis de fallos y orientación a la mejora continua.
