About the role

As an IT Subdomain Coordinator, you will coordinate the management and evolution of a technology subdomain, ensuring the proper delivery of IT services and alignment between business needs, technical teams, and vendors.

What you'll do

The Core Contracting & Product subdomain supports the systems that manage the full policy contracting lifecycle, the product catalog, and integrations with Sanitas Seguros distribution channels — including agreements with strategic distribution partners. The team simultaneously handles the stability of production systems and significant evolution projects, including the incorporation of new distribution agreements and the modernization of the core contracting systems. The person joining will lead a team of analysts, developers, and technical leads with strong functional expertise in the insurance business.

Your main duties will be:

💙 Coordinate the strategy, planning, and evolution of the IT subdomain, ensuring its alignment with corporate objectives, technology architecture, and business priorities.

💙 Manage demand, the initiative portfolio, and project prioritization, tracking deadlines, scope, dependencies, risks, and resources.

💙 Oversee the delivery of technology services, monitoring service levels, performance indicators, incidents, problems, and continuous improvement plans.

💙 Coordinate internal teams, business areas, and external vendors, facilitating communication, decision-making, and compliance with established agreements.

💙 Participate in defining and improving IT processes, applying best practices in service management, governance, security, continuity, and change control.

💙 Prepare reports, dashboards, and tracking documentation to provide visibility into the status of services and support decision-making.

💙 Identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and technological innovation, promoting efficient, scalable solutions focused on improving the user experience.
