What will you do on the team?

As a caregiver for the elderly, you will play an essential role in the well-being and care of the elderly. Your closeness, support, and attention will make a real difference in their daily lives.

Your mission will be to accompany residents in their daily lives, promoting their well-being, autonomy, and quality of life through close, respectful, person-centered care, in coordination with the multidisciplinary team.

Your main duties as a caregiver for the elderly at #SanitasMayores will be...

💙 Accompany residents in activities of daily living and their basic care, assisting with personal hygiene, meals, mobility, and postural changes, and contributing to their well-being and quality of life.

💙 Observe and report changes in residents' physical or emotional condition, participating in the follow-up of Individualized Care Plans to ensure appropriate care.

💙 Work in a coordinated manner with the different professionals and teams at the center to provide comprehensive, person-centered care.

💙 Maintain close communication with residents and families, building trust and fostering personalized care.

💙 Record residents' daily progress to ensure continuity and quality of care.

What do you need?

🎓 Education:

▶ Certificate of Professionalism in Social and Healthcare Assistance for Dependent Persons in Social Institutions, or Vocational Training as a Nursing Care Assistant Technician or in Social and Healthcare Assistance

👉Other skills and knowledge:

▶ We value a calling for care, empathy, observation skills, teamwork, and close communication with residents and families.

🌱 Experience:

▶ Previous experience in nursing homes, social and healthcare centers, or care for dependent individuals will be valued. If you have just finished your studies and are looking to start your professional career, we are waiting for you

🎓Formación:

▶ Certificado de Profesionalidad de Atención Sociosanitaria a Personas Dependientes en Instituciones Sociales, o Formación profesional Técnico de Cuidados Auxiliares en Enfermería o Atención Sociosanitaria

👉Otras habilidades y conocimientos:

▶ Valoramos lavocación de cuidado, laempatía, lacapacidad de observación, eltrabajo en equipoy lacomunicación cercana con residentes y familias.

🌱 Experiencia:
