What will you do in the team?

Your role will be essential to ensure a safe, organized kitchen service focused on the needs of residents.

Your mission will be to contribute to the well-being, health and quality of life of residents through balanced, safe nutrition adapted to their needs, ensuring the quality of the center's kitchen service.

💙 Prepare the daily menus, ensuring quality, food safety and adaptation to the nutritional needs of residents.

💙 Prepare specific diets and adapted menus following the guidelines established by the care team.

💙 Organize and coordinate the daily kitchen activity, ensuring the proper functioning of the service.

💙 Supervise the preservation, storage and use of food in accordance with current regulations.

What do you need?
🎓 Education:

Food handling and food safety training is valued.

🌱Experience:

▶ At least two years of experience in a similar position. Previous experience in nursing homes, catering, hospitals, hotels or restaurants will be valued.

👉Skills:
