Job Description

MISSION

Supervise the Supplier Network collaborating in service delivery, verifying compliance with the guidelines established by the company according to quality standards, with the aim of continuous improvement.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Verify the level of service provided by suppliers and compliance with the negotiated collaboration agreements.
  • Communicate the adopted collaboration agreements to suppliers and all parties involved in service delivery.
  • Maintain the necessary suppliers to guarantee quality service delivery.
  • Detect and report to management the need to recruit new suppliers for proper network sizing, and forward proposals for new professionals.
