RGP Administration Internship (Madrid)

What you'll do

You will be part of the administration team (finance area) that supports our entire operations network, and specifically the elevator maintenance service we provide to our clients nationwide. As a team, we will aim to continue providing excellent service based on safety and trust:

  • Support customer advisory and resolution of inquiries.
  • Help with document management.
  • Help with procedures with the public administration.
  • Manage purchase orders and sales orders. Frequent use of business process management platforms such as SAP and ITSM.
  • Support invoicing for all orders placed by the client.

What we're looking for

  • Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting and Finance, or currently studying similar programs in administration.
  • Interest in the administrative area of a multinational company.
  • Willingness to learn about the world of elevators and urban mobility.
  • Enthusiasm for working in a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office package (Excel knowledge).
  • Proactivity and strong analytical skills.
