Elevator Maintenance Technician - León

What you'll do

Perform maintenance, repairs, and minor modernization work on customer equipment efficiently, effectively, and professionally to provide excellent service, always following safety regulations.

  • You will be responsible for a service route and will organize your time to complete assigned visits and the specific tasks for each visit, thereby maximizing equipment safety and reliability.
  • You will respond to assigned calls with agility and professionalism.
  • You will perform full service, repairs, and modernization work in accordance with Schindler standards, including safety policies.
  • You will keep the customer informed about the condition of their equipment, preventive repairs, corrective repairs, discretionary repairs, or modernization work.
  • You will report all required information related to your valuable work (hour reports, parts usage, call reports, maintenance performance, and repair and modernization work reports).

What we're looking for

  • Vocational Training in Electromechanical Maintenance, Mechatronics, Industrial Equipment Maintenance, Electromechanical Installation and Maintenance of Machinery and Line Operation, or other related training.
  • Professional Certificate: IMAQ0110, IMAQ0210, IMAQ0108, FMEE0208, or IMAQ0208.
  • Elevator technician certification through the certification pathways set out in the Elevator Technical Instruction (ITC) (exam, industry, PEAC, etc.).
  • Availability for on-call duties.
  • Experience in a similar role and technical knowledge of our sector.
