About the role

We are looking for a Canteen Cook to join one of our centres. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and presenting food, ensuring quality and food safety at all times.

What you'll do

  • Develop preparations, ensure compliance with defined menus and technical data sheets, implement good practices.

  • Prepare menus and adapted diets.

  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure proper organisation and workflow.

  • Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations – HACCP record.

  • Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks in the work area, and oversee the use of machinery, materials, and equipment.

How you'll work

  • Schedule: week 1 (Monday to Friday) / week 2 (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday). Afternoon shift, with a split shift two days a week. In week 1, the split shift would be Thursday and Friday. In week 2, the split shift would be Saturday and Sunday.
