Cook

At Hospes Las Casas del Rey de Baeza we are looking for a Cook to perform the following duties:

• Prepare and control the ingredients for the menu in their charge, ensuring compliance with the Chef's orders (technical sheets, etc.) and the Chain's standards.
• Comply with food regulations, allergens, and HACCP.
• Be responsible for the freshness and quality of the products.
• Guarantee cleanliness, safety, and hygiene in their workstation.
• Ensure the proper use, care, and maintenance of all equipment.
• Organize the storage and preservation of food.
• Participate in the daily management of stock.
• Apply the Chain's quality standards in accordance with the Procedures Manual.

En Hospes Las Casas del Rey de Baeza buscamos un/a Cocinero/a para que desempeñe las siguientes funciones:

• Preparar y controlar los ingredientes del menú a su cargo, asegurándose del cumplimiento de las órdenes del Chef (fichas técnicas...) y de los estándares de la Cadena.
• Cumplir con la normativa alimentaria, alérgenos y APPCC.
• Encargarse de la frescura y la calidad de los productos.
• Garantizar la limpieza, seguridad e higiene en su puesto.
• Garantizar el buen uso, el respeto y el mantenimiento del conjunto del material.
• Organizar el almacenaje y la conservación de los alimentos.
• Participar en la gestión cotidiana de los stocks.
• Aplicar los Estándares de calidad de la Cadena siguiendo el Manual de Procedimientos.
