About the role

We are looking for a Cook for collective catering. The person hired will be responsible for preparing and presenting meals for a community of 4 to 8 people, ensuring quality and food safety at all times.

What you'll do

  • Develop preparations, ensure compliance with defined menus and technical data sheets, and implement good practices.

  • Prepare adapted menus and diets.

  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure proper organization and workflow.

  • Oversee the inventory of ingredients and materials, placing orders when necessary.

  • Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations – HACCP record.

  • Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks for the work area, and control the use of machinery, materials, and equipment.

  • Train new team members in cooking practices and company procedures.

What you'll get

  • Working day of 2.5 hours per day.

  • Schedule: mornings from 12:00 to 2:30 PM on Saturdays and Sundays + holidays.

  • Salary according to the collective agreement. €200 per month + €40 for working on holidays from 12:00 to 2:30 PM.

  • Duration: school year.

Requirements
