At Adecco, we are recruiting a Hotel Housekeeping Manager for a major hotel establishment. We are looking for an organized person with leadership skills and an eye for detail, who wants to be part of a project with real possibilities of joining the permanent staff.

What you'll do

Your duties will be: - Coordinating and supervising the housekeeping team.

- Organize and distribute the daily tasks of the department.

- Inspect rooms and common areas to guarantee cleaning and quality standards.

- Manage incidents and follow up on corrective actions.

- Control the stock of linens, amenities, and cleaning products.

- Coordinate with other departments to ensure the correct operational functioning of the hotel.

- Perform inventories and monitor the needs of the area.

- Ensure compliance with established procedures and standards.

Requirements

- Previous experience as a Housekeeping Manager or Floor Supervisor.

- Experience in team management and coordination.

- Organizational and planning skills.

- Orientation towards detail and service quality.

- Availability to work one weekend per month.
