We are looking for a Technical Coordinator SAD (Home Care Service) with proven experience, to join the service for users in Mos. The person hired will be responsible for coordinating the service and its resources, both internally and with the contracting entity, as well as leading the interdisciplinary team and serving as a point of reference for users and their families.

What you'll do

  • Plan, organize, direct, and coordinate the various activities inherent to service delivery.

  • Participate in the service leadership team (for excellence, positive transformation, and improvement of the SAD).

  • Perform coordination, management, and organization tasks for the home care service.

  • Receive and review the service prescription, admission order, and the client's intervention plan.

  • Conduct home visits and introduce the nursing assistant and/or home care worker.

  • Assess risks and coordinate actions with social services (municipal technical officers).

  • Coordinate and monitor service incidents.

  • Coordinate and promote evaluation and improvement meetings for SAD results.

  • Prepare reports and records.

  • Ensure that SAD staff are trained and qualified.

  • We are looking for a dynamic person with team leadership skills and experience liaising with public administration.

Requirements

  • Immediate availability to join the service is required.

  • Own vehicle and availability for home visits are essential (travel expenses covered by the company).

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

  • Knowledge of specific SAD management tools (CIBERSAD) is valued.

  • Strong organizational, mediation, and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication skills and a user-oriented approach.

  • Entrepreneurial attitude, initiative, and flexibility.
