Academic degree related to Information Technology, Business, Economics or other relevant fields;
3+ years of general Workday experience across different areas or modules;
2+ years of specialized technical experience and knowledge in Workday Core Compensation and ideally Advanced Compensation, knowledge in Workday Benefits is considered a plus
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to frequent change;
Passion for providing exceptional customer service and driving value-add solutions;
Good Technical knowledge in configuring, maintaining and optimizing Workday configurations specifically in the area of Core Compensation, Adv. Compensation and Benefits;
Experience in analyzing system issues and executing necessary solutions by ensuring system compliance;
Analytical skills to identify root causes based on system data, as well as expertise in managing HR master data;
Proficiency in Business English (required), and German (a plus).
