  • Customer Experience You will create the best rental experience for our customers by providing exceptional service and resolving any questions or issues related to the vehicle.
  • Vehicle Management You will be responsible for transporting and delivering cars to our customers, ensuring that each vehicle is in the right place and in perfect condition.
  • Inspection and Registration You will inspect vehicles, checking the bodywork, interior, and accessories. You will verify fuel levels and mileage, record any new damage, and take photos or videos as proof.
  • Parking Organization You will manage the organization of cars in the parking area, ensuring efficient flow and vehicle availability.
  • Operational Support You will support back-office operational tasks, including updating the vehicle status in the SIXT database and processing additional charges.
  • Internal Coordination You will notify the cleaning and maintenance teams to prepare cars for the next rental and report any damage in the system.
