We are looking for an Agile Project Manager for an important client in the banking sector.

The team is dedicated to the development of microservices-based applications aimed at the calibration and pricing of the different CIB (Corporate & Investment Banking) desks. These applications are deployed in the hybrid cloud.

•    Team composition:

This is a multidisciplinary DevOps team made up of around 30 people, with profiles specialized in Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Backend and Frontend. The team develops and maintains both the infrastructure and the pipelines, monitoring, microservices and user interfaces.

Banking

What are we looking for?
 

-  Functional management: collaborate with the Product Owner in capturing and analyzing requirements, interacting with international users and stakeholders (English is essential), and define user stories, acceptance criteria and functional documentation, ensuring the quality and readiness of requirements.
-  Backlog management: maintain and prioritize the backlog in Jira, managing epics, stories and tasks, and ensuring traceability between requirements, developments and deliverables.
-  Scrum Master: facilitate Agile ceremonies, manage the Jira board, track the sprint, remove impediments and foster continuous improvement of the team.
-  Functional follow-up: support the development team, validate that solutions meet the defined requirements and coordinate functional testing (UAT) with users when necessary.

Required experience:

●    3-5 years working in Agile teams.
●    Experience as Product Owner, Proxy PO, Business Analyst or Scrum Master.
●    Experience managing software development projects.
●    Experience using Jira and Confluence.
●    Experience in functional knowledge of the CIB world for Interest Rates will be valued.

El equipo se dedica al desarrollo de aplicaciones basadas en microservicios orientadas a la calibración y pricing de las distintas mesas de CIB (Corporate & Investment Banking). Estas aplicaciones se despliegan en la nube híbrida.

¿Qué buscamos?
 

-  Gestión funcional: colaborar con el Product Owner en la captura y análisis de requisitos, interactuando con usuarios y stakeholders internacionales (inglés imprescindible), y definir historias de usuario, criterios de aceptación y documentación funcional, asegurando -  la calidad y preparación de los requisitos.
-  Gestión del backlog: mantener y priorizar el backlog en Jira, gestionando épicas, historias y tareas, y garantizando la trazabilidad entre requisitos, desarrollos y entregables.
-  Scrum Master: facilitar las ceremonias Agile, gestionar el tablero Jira, realizar el seguimiento del sprint, eliminar impedimentos y fomentar la mejora continua del equipo.
-  Seguimiento funcional: dar soporte al equipo de desarrollo, validar que las soluciones cumplen los requisitos definidos y coordinar las pruebas funcionales (UAT) con los usuarios cuando sea necesario.

Experiencia requerida:

●    3-5 años trabajando en equipos Agile.
●    Experiencia como Product Owner, Proxy PO, Business Analyst o Scrum Master.
●    Experiencia gestionando proyectos de desarrollo de software.
●    Experiencia utilizando Jira y Confluence.
●    Se valorará experiencia en la lógica de conocimiento funcional del mundo CIB para Interest Rates
