At Staff Global Group, we are looking for STEWARDS/STEWARDESSES for cruise services at the Port of Valencia. If you enjoy customer service, have language skills, and like working in dynamic, international environments, we want to meet you!

🎯 What will you do?

• Passenger reception and assistance at the port

• Accompanying groups during transfers and excursions

• Coordinating and managing timings

• International customer service

• General support during the development of excursions

What are we looking for?

• Dynamic, proactive profiles with a positive attitude

• Experience in cruises, excursions, or tourism is valued

• Good level of English and excellent customer service skills

• Organized people accustomed to working with groups

💶 What do we offer?

• Salary of 9.36 euros gross/hour.

• Possibility of continuity in future calls and excursions

• International and dynamic environment

EUR 16,380 per year

Port of Valencia.

🕘 Schedule and contract:

Permanent discontinuous contract

We are currently looking to cover various shifts of around 5 hours, starting at 10:30 AM

• Recepción y asistencia de pasajeros en puerto

• Acompañamiento de grupos durante transfers y excursiones

• Coordinación y control de timings

• Atención al cliente internacional

• Apoyo general durante el desarrollo de las excursiones

¿Qué buscamos?

• Perfiles dinámicos, resolutivos y con buena actitud

• Valorable experiencia en cruceros, excursiones o turismo

• Buen nivel de inglés y trato excelente al cliente

• Personas organizadas y acostumbradas a trabajar con grupos
