Social Educator for a home for young people aged 16 to 18 in Tortosa

Role functions:

• Design, implement and evaluate intervention processes tailored to each person's needs, promoting their autonomy, participation and social inclusion.

• Carry out observations, interviews and information gathering to identify risk factors, specific needs and strengths of the people served.

• Develop activities, workshops and dynamics that foster social skills, coexistence, emotional management, personal competencies and community participation.

• Coordination with the interdisciplinary team.

• Prepare and update work plans, socio-educational reports, progress records and other technical documents required by the service.

• Mediation and conflict management.

• Attend internal and external technical meetings, contributing to the continuous improvement of the service and professional development.

What do you need?

• Completed Bachelor's degree in Social Education.

• Hold a valid driving license.

• Clean criminal record certificate for sexual offenses.

• Proactivity, communication skills, and teamwork skills.

• Possession of a disability certificate of 33% or higher will be an asset.

• Hours: 38 hours per week.

• Schedule: Afternoons and weekends.

  • Week A: Monday from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m., Tuesday team meeting from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m., and Saturday and Sunday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

  • Week B: Tuesday to Friday from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. + team meeting on Tuesdays from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m.

Funcions del rol:

• Dissenyar, implementar i avaluar processos d’intervenció adaptats a les necessitats de cada persona, promovent la seva autonomia, participació i inclusió social.

• Realitzar observacions, entrevistes i recollida d’informació per identificar factors de risc, necessitats específiques i potencialitats de les persones ateses.

• Desenvolupar activitats, tallers i dinàmiques que fomentin habilitats socials, convivència, gestió emocional, competències personals i participació comunitària.

• Coordinació amb l’equip interdisciplinari.

• Elaborar i actualitzar plans de treball, informes socioeducatius, registres d’evolució i altres documents tècnics requerits pel servei.

• Mediació i gestió de conflictes.

• Assistir a espais tècnics interns i externs, contribuint a la millora contínua del servei i a l’actualització professional.

Què necessites?

• Grau en Educació Social finalitzat.

• Disposar de carnet de conduir.

• Certificat de delictes de naturalesa sexual negatiu.

• Proactivitat, habilitats comunicatives i de treball en equip.

• Es valorarà estar en possessió del certificat de discapacitat igual o superior al 33%.
