Social Integrator for Educational Support in primary and secondary school (ESO).

Role Functions:

• Project Management and Coordination:
  Promote respect, coexistence, and collaboration within the Educational Support space, leading and coordinating the volunteer team.

• Intervention with Children and Families:
  Develop and evaluate Individual Educational Projects; ensure the integration of children in the space; maintain fluid communication with schools, families, and other educational agents; detect and report possible risk situations.

• Planning and Development of Activities:
  Design the activity schedule, provide pedagogical materials, and promote competency-based work. Provide support in school tasks and other educational and personal development areas.

• Administrative and Document Management:
  Manage children's documentation, ensuring proper recording and follow-up of educational processes.

• Service Resource Management:
  Carry out necessary purchases and handle the service's accounting to ensure its proper functioning.

What do you need?

• Completed Higher Level Training Cycle in Social Integration (CFGS).

• Up-to-date Sexual Offenses Certificate.

• Hold a driving license.

• Proactivity, communication skills, and teamwork abilities.

• Experience working with children is a plus.

• Possession of a disability certificate equal to or greater than 33% will be valued.

What do we offer?

• Contract for 9.5 months.

• Schedule: 12 hours/week.

• Hours: Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu (4:00 PM - 7:00 PM).

• Salary: €514 gross per month.

• Start date: September 15, 2026.

• Area: L'Hospitalet de Llobregat.

Funcions del rol:

• Gestió i dinamització del projecte:
  Promoure el respecte, la convivència i la col·laboració dins de l’espai de Reforç Educatiu, liderant i coordinant l’equip de voluntariat.

• Intervenció amb infants i famílies:
  Elaborar i avaluar els Projectes Educatius Individuals; vetllar per la integració dels infants en l’espai; mantenir una comunicació fluïda amb escoles, famílies i altres agents educatius; detectar i comunicar possibles situacions de risc.

• Planificació i desenvolupament d’activitats:
  Dissenyar la programació d’activitats, facilitar material pedagògic i promoure el treball competencial. Donar suport en les tasques escolars i en altres espais educatius i de creixement personal.

• Gestió administrativa i documental:
  Gestionar la documentació dels infants, assegurant el registre i seguiment adequat dels processos educatius

• Gestió de recursos del servei:
  Realitzar compres necessàries i portar la comptabilitat del servei per garantir-ne el bon funcionament.

Què necessites?

• CFGS d'Integració Social finalitzat.

• Certificat de delictes sexuals actualitzat.

• Disposar de carnet de conduir.

• Proactivitat, habilitats comunicatives i de treball en equip.

• Valorable experiència en atenció a infants.

• Es valorarà estar en possessió del certificat de discapacitat igual o superior al 33%.

Què t’oferim?

• Contracte de 9'5 mesos.

• Jornada: 12h/setmanals.

• Horari: DL, DM, DX, DJ (16:00-19:00h).

• Salari: 514€ bruts mensuals.

• Data incorporació: 15/09/2026.

• Zona: L'Hospitalet de Llobregat.
