Social Educator for the Supervised Youth Flat in Amposta

We carry out our activities in the areas of social services, care for dependents, childhood and families, health and wellbeing, the elderly, education and training, and employment and work, among others.

• 💡 Participation in the planning of the service's educational project, contributing ideas and enthusiasm to help it grow.

• 🌱 Participation in the periodic evaluation of the achievement of goals for each young person, proposing new strategies and methodologies to adapt them to each individual's reality.

• 🧭 Design of a personalized work plan, based on the user's needs and characteristics, strengthening the educational component of the intervention.

• 🤝 Facilitating professional exchange experiences and sharing learning within the educational field.

• 🚀 Processing, where applicable, referral proposals to specialized care services, working in coordination with the rest of the team.

• Completed degree in Social Education.

• Experience in youth care is valuable.

• Have a driver's license.

• Proactivity, communication skills and teamwork.

• Possession of a disability certificate of 33% or higher will be valued. Completed degree in social education.

• Position with continuity

• Working hours: 38 hours/week.

• Schedule: Afternoons and weekends:2 weeks of afternoon shifts from Monday to Friday from 2:30 PM to 10:00 PM and one weekend week from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

• Salary: €26,527.81 gross per year + night shift and/or weekend bonus.

• Es valorarà estar en possessió del certificat de discapacitat igual o superior al 33%.Grau en educació social finalitzat.

• Jornada: 38h/setmanals.

• Horari: Tardes i caps de setmana:2 setmanes tarda de dilluns a divendres de 14:30 a 22Hores i una setmana cap de setmana de 8 a 20Hores.
