The Telecare Service of UTE ASISPA-SUARA aims to help elderly, disabled, or dependent people continue living in their homes, safely and reducing the risk of isolation. In addition to acting in emergencies, the service also acts preventively by maintaining continuous telephone contact with the user.

Carry out installation visits, fault repair, maintenance, and collection of telecare terminals, as well as the management of custody keys (handover, change, and return).
Carry out the administrative work necessary for the proper functioning of the service.
Attend in situ to users in emergency situations (falls without injury, mobilizations, transfers, support with hygiene or medication purchase, among others) and collaborate with mobilized intervention services (GU, Firefighters, SEM, SAD, etc.).
Facilitate access to the home for the intervening resources and accompany the user or family members until the arrival of the corresponding services, ensuring their safety and well-being.
Act in other situations in which the Care Center determines their presence is necessary and collaborate in service improvement actions, in accordance with Suara's protocols and values.
Compulsory secondary education (ESO/EGB).
Essential to hold a driving licence with more than 3 years' seniority and experience riding a 125cc motorcycle.
Experience and/or training in electricity, electronics, electronic equipment, electrical and automatic installations, or telecommunications will be valued.
Advanced level of Catalan.
Proactivity, agility, responsibility, teamwork, and empathy.
Holding a disability certificate of 33% or more will be valued.
PERMANENT VACANCY.
Working hours: 40 hours per week.
Schedule: Rotating days from Monday to Sunday (with appropriate rest days) on an afternoon shift from 12:00-20:00.
Salary: €1,348.81 gross per month x 14 payments (€18,883 gross per year) + holiday bonus.
Start date: immediate.
Location: Barcelona (Magòria-La Campana).
