• 💡 Participation in the planning of the service's educational project, contributing ideas and enthusiasm to help it grow.

• 🌱 Participation in the periodic evaluation of the achievement of goals for each young person, proposing new strategies and methodologies to adapt them to each individual's reality.

• 🧭 Design of a personalized work plan, based on the user's needs and characteristics, strengthening the educational component of the intervention.

• 🤝 Facilitating professional exchange experiences and sharing learning within the educational field.

• 🚀 Processing, where applicable, referral proposals to specialized care services, working in coordination with the rest of the team.

• Completed degree in Social Education.

• Experience in youth care is valuable.

• Have a driver's license.

• Proactivity, communication skills and teamwork.

• Holding a disability certificate of 33% or more will be valued.

• Working hours: 38 hours/week.

• Schedule: Various shifts (Afternoons, nights, and weekends).

• Salary: €26,527.81 gross per year + night shift and/or weekend bonus.

• Es valorarà estar en possessió del certificat de discapacitat igual o superior al 33%.
