Social Educators afternoon shift for CRAE Aiguamolls in Castelló d'Empúries (Girona)

• Participation in the programming of the educational project of the service.

• Promote conditions that guarantee the reception of the child/teenager in an environment of affection, understanding, and emotional and material security.

• Observe the child/teenager broadly in emotional, relational, behavioral, habit aspects, etc., in order to know and understand them and, as a reference, subsequently elaborate their Individual Work Plan and the necessary documents to follow up on the case.

• Participate in the elaboration of the measure proposal.

• Oversee the process of welcoming the young person to the service.

• Ensure good educational practice through the continuous evaluation of the educational process.

• Offers : Medical leave.

• Working hours: 38h/week.

• Schedule: Offer 1 Afternoons from 16:00-23:00 Hours Offer 2 Afternoons from 15:00-22:00 Hours.

• Salary: €26,527.81 gross/year + night shift and weekend bonus.

• Start date: 01/09/2026

• Degree in Social Education completed..

• Experience in youth care is valuable.

• Have a driver's license.

• Certificate of no criminal record for sexual offences.

• Proactivity, communication skills and teamwork.

• Holding a disability certificate of 33% or more will be valued.

• Observar de manera àmplia l'infant/ adolescent en els aspectes emocionals, relacionals, de conducta, d'hàbits, etc. per tal de conèixe'l i comprendre'l i, com a referent, elaborar posteriorment el seu Pla de treball individual i els documents necessaris per a fer seguiment del cas.

• Participar en l'elaboració de la proposta de mesura.

• Encarregar-se del procés d’acollida del jove al servei.

• Garantir la bona pràctica educativa mitjançant l'avaluació continuada del procés educatiu.
