Psychologist for the PROJECTA'T project in Barcelona

We are looking for a Psychologist with training in trauma-focused care and an interest in research and new technologies applied to mental health. Committed to evidence-based clinical practice and oriented toward the continuous improvement of psychological care.

Role duties

• Carry out the initial assessment of the young person's psychological profile and design a therapeutic intervention plan adapted to the needs arising from complex trauma.

• Deliver individualized psychological care sessions from a trauma-informed approach, offering a safe space for containment and emotional bonding.

• Integrate immersive technology as a complementary therapeutic resource during therapy sessions.

• Continuously monitor the clinical progress of the young people and evaluate the effectiveness of immersive reality in the therapeutic process.

What do we offer?

• Temporary position from 01/09/2026 to 31/12/2026.

• Working hours: 15 hours/week.

• Schedule: Monday to Friday from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

• Salary: €829.27 gross per month.

• Area: Barcelona.

• Start date: 01/09/2026.

CHILDHOOD AND YOUTH AREA

• Completed degree in Psychology.

• Training in trauma-focused care.

• Experience in caring for young people who have experienced complex trauma situations is valued.

• Certificate of no sexual offenses.

• Proactivity, communication skills, and teamwork skills. 

• Holding a disability certificate of 33% or more will be valued.

Funcions del rol

• Realitzar l'avaluació inicial del perfil psicològic del jove i dissenyar un pla d'intervenció terapèutica adaptat a les necessitats derivades del trauma complex.

• Executar les sessions d'atenció psicològica individualitzada des d'un enfocament informat en el trauma, oferint un espai segur de contenció i vinculació afectiva.

• Integrar la tecnologia immersiva com a recurs terapèutic complementari durant les sessions de teràpia.

• Fer el seguiment continu de l'evolució clínica dels joves i avaluar l'eficàcia de la realitat immersiva en el procés terapèutic.

ÀMBIT INFÀNCIA, ADOLESCÈNCIA I JOVES

• Grau en Psicología finalitzat.

• Formació en l'abordatge del trauma.

• Valorable experiència en atenció a joves que hagin patit situacions de trauma complex.

• Certificat de delictes de naturalesa sexual negatiu.

• Proactivitat, habilitats comunicatives i de treball en equip. 

• Es valorarà estar en possessió del certificat de discapacitat igual o superior al 33%.
