Job offer for a Social Educator for a CRAE in Barcelona (Sarrià - Sant Gervasi) for the weekend shift.

Role duties:

• Direct care and socio-educational support.

• Design, implementation, and evaluation of the individualized educational project (IEP).

• Collaboration in interdisciplinary teams.

• Promoting habits related to hygiene, nutrition, time management, and coexistence.

• Conflict mediation and emotional support.

• Intervention in crisis situations using educational and communication tools.

• Application of intervention protocols to ensure a safe environment.

• Preparation of reports, observations, and daily records.

• Ensuring compliance with institutional protocols and educational documentation.

What do you need?

• Completed degree in Social Education.

• Valuable experience in care for children and young people.

• Valid driver's license (B) is essential.

• Proactivity, communication skills, and teamwork.

• Certificate of no sexual offenses.

• Holding a disability certificate of 33% or more will be valued.

What do we offer?

• Permanent position.

• Working hours: 32 hours/week.

• Schedule: Weekends from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., Monday afternoon shift, and Tuesday team meeting.

• Salary: €22,339.21 gross/year - €1,861.60 gross/month + social action agreement supplements.

• Location: Barcelona - near Peu de Funicular.

• Start date: 19/09/2026.

Funcions del rol:

• Atenció directa i suport socioeducatiu.

• Disseny, implementació i avaluació del projecte educatiu individualitzat (PEI).

• Col·laboració en equips interdisciplinaris.

• Fomentar hàbits relacionats amb la higiene, la nutrició, la gestió del temps i la convivència.

• Mediació de conflictes i suport emocional.

• Actuació en situacions de crisi utilitzant eines educatives i comunicatives.

• Aplicació de protocols d’actuació per assegurar un entorn segur.

• Elaboració d’informes, observacions i registres diaris.

• Garantir el compliment dels protocols institucionals i la documentació educativa.

Què necessites?

• Grau en educació social finalitzat.

• Valorable experiència en atenció a infants i joves.

• Imprescindible carnet B de conduir.

• Proactivitat, habilitats comunicatives i de treball en equip.

• Certificat de delictes de naturalesa sexual negatiu.

• Es valorarà estar en possessió del certificat de discapacitat igual o superior al 33%.
