Home Care Worker for an Elderly Shared Home in Barcelona

On this occasion, we are looking for a Family Care Worker to work in a shared home where 12 people live together. If you enjoy working in a close-knit and collaborative environment, we want you on our team!

Role duties

• Support with personal hygiene and care.

• Monitoring of incidents or symptoms affecting the users.

• Use of technical aids and mobility devices.

• Stimulation and work with users to delay their deterioration.

What do you need?

• Hold official and regulated qualifications in the socio-healthcare field (vocational training cycles and/or professional certificates).

• Knowledge of the person-centred care model.

• Experience in the elderly care sector is valued.

• Holding a disability certificate of 33% or more will be valued.

• Salary: €14,683.88 gross per year, paid in 14 installments + night shift bonus + holiday bonus.

Funcions del rol

• Recolzament en la higiene i cura personal.

• Control de les incidències o símptomes que afectin les persones usuàries.

• Utilització d'aparells tècnics i de mobilitzacions.

• Estimulació i treball dels usuaris/es per retardar-ne el deteriorament.

Què necessites?

• Disposar de titulació oficial i reglada en l'ambit de l'atenció sociosanitària (cicles formatius i/o certificats de professionalitat).

• Conèixer el model de treball d'atenció centrada en la persona.

• Valorable experiència en el sector de les persones grans.

• Es valorarà estar en possessió del certificat de discapacitat igual o superior al 33%.
