Dining Room Assistant - Support for Wine Tourism

We are looking to hire Dining Room Assistants (Events / Wine Tourism) to provide support during wine tastings at a renowned winery in Ribeira Sacra. A position focused on service, organization, and attention to detail in wine tourism experiences.

What will your role be? Supporting the team during the development of tastings and events, ensuring a well-organized, efficient, and carefully managed service.

What will you do on a day-to-day basis? • Setting up the dining room (arranging tables, glasses, and materials). • Supporting wine service during tastings. • Basic attention to visitors throughout the experience. • Collecting and restocking materials after each service. • Maintaining order and cleanliness of the space.

Requirements: • Residency in the area or genuine availability to work in Ribeira Sacra. • Availability to work on weekends and holidays. • Experience in hospitality or events (valued).

Buscamos incorporar Auxiliares de Sala (Eventos / Enoturismo) para dar soporte en el servicio de catas en una reconocida bodega de la Ribeira Sacra. Un puesto orientado al servicio, la organización y el cuidado del detalle en experiencias enoturísticas.

¿Cuál será tu función?Dar apoyo al equipo durante el desarrollo de catas y eventos, asegurando un servicio ordenado, ágil y cuidado.

¿Qué harás en tu día a día?•Preparación de la sala (montaje de mesas, copas y material).•Apoyo en el servicio de vinos durante las catas.•Atención básica a los visitantes durante la experiencia.•Recogida y reposición del material tras cada servicio.•Mantenimiento del orden y limpieza del espacio.

Requisitos:• Residencia en la zona o disponibilidad real para trabajar en Ribeira Sacra.• Disponibilidad para fines de semana y festivos.• Experiencia en hostelería o eventos (valorable).

Se valorará:• Experiencia como camarero/a o en sala.• Interés por el mundo del vino.
