Your mission is to detect and meet the needs of our members, helping them achieve their fitness and wellness goals.

Your job is essential to create a positive and transformative experience in every session, lifting the spirits and motivation of members and contributing to their health and happiness.

Your role is crucial because you will be the face of Synergym for many of our members.

+ Variable salary: You will have a fixed salary plus a variable component from incentives, which can add up to 200€ to your salary, depending on achieving KPIs, with semi-annual evaluations that can improve your pay.

What will you be in charge of as a Trainer?

- Conducting Group Classes: You will prepare and lead various activities: Boompa, Flow, Zumdance, and Rumble among others.

- Personalized Member Attention: You will offer individualized or floor-based advice, helping members set and achieve their fitness goals through personalized plans and continuous support.

¿De qué te encargarás como Trainer?

- Realización de Clases Dirigidas: Prepararás y dirigirás diversas actividades: Boompa, Flow, Zumdance y Rumble entre otras.

- Atención Personalizada a los/as Socios/as: Ofrecerás asesoramiento individualizado o en la sala, ayudando a los/las socios/as a establecer y alcanzar sus metas de fitness a través de planes personalizados y apoyo continuo.
