Responsible for programming and commissioning PLCs and industrial robots for automated machinery.
What you'll do
-Responsible for ensuring maintenance processes are carried out and documented as established and planned, helping to identify and resolve incidents and reporting situations that could not be resolved to the maintenance supervisor and team leader, also assisting them in finding corrective measures.
-Assist the technical leader in planning and executing preventive maintenance during technical shutdowns.
-Carry out machine interventions, designing the activities to be performed during investigation/testing. Draw conclusions and propose improvement actions.
-Manage spare parts needs, both those arising from current processes and new projects.

-Participate in the development of "Total Productive Maintenance" tools that help identify equipment deviations that could impact production, quality, or safety.

-Execute and provide support in implementing documentation associated with repairs and preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance (EAM - Enterprise Asset Management), ANDON.
