Job Description

We are looking for our offices in Terrassa and/or Madrid for an AREA SALES MANAGER for the CRM Vacuum & Scientific Instrumentation division to manage the international client portfolio, as well as the opening of new markets in the sale of industrial equipment internationally for the automotive, energy, and Space sectors.

Position Mission:

Manage the sales of vacuum equipment in the assigned geographical area, following the guidelines of the company and the VSI Sales Manager, with the goal of meeting and exceeding the annual budget.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Define and meet the sales budget for the area (approximate budget: €3M annually).
  • Maintain and evaluate the performance of external agents and collaborators; manage relationships with partners and represented companies.
  • Visit clients in person (individually or with local partners).
  • Keep data updated in the CRM (Salesforce) and prepare monthly activity and forecast reports.
  • Define local market strategies together with the VSI Sales Manager and the local partner (if applicable); annual commercial plan and marketing actions.
  • Negotiate contracts in collaboration with external collaborators.
  • Provide market feedback to adjust the commercial strategy and support the technical team with cultural and local information.

Requirements

Essential Requirements

  • Education: Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Chemical, Mechanical, Electromechanical) or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in the sale of industrial equipment and/or scientific instrumentation.
  • Languages: Spoken and written English B2 ESSENTIAL. Other languages will be valued.
  • Technical knowledge and tools: MS Office, SAP, Salesforce.
  • Knowledge of relevant markets: Vacuum (aerospace, automotive) and/or represented companies (nanotechnology, biotechnology, quality control).

Estamos buscando para nuestras oficinas de Terrassa y/o Madrid un/a AREA SALES MANAGER para la división de CRM Vacuum & Scientific Instrumentation para gestionar la cartera de clientes internacional, así como, la apertura de nuevos mercados en la venta de equipos industriales a nivel internacional para los sectores de automoción, energía y Espacio.

Misión del puesto:

Gestionar las ventas de equipos de vacío en la zona geográfica asignada , siguiendo las pautas de la compañía y el VSI Sales Manager, con el objetivo de cumplir y superar el presupuesto anual.

Responsabilidades principales:

  • Definir y cumplir el presupuesto de ventas de la zona (presupuesto aproximado: 3M€ anual).
  • Mantener y evaluar el desempeño de agentes externos y colaboradores; gestionar relaciones con partners y representadas.
  • Visitar clientes de forma presencial (de forma individual o con partners locales).
  • Mantener actualizados los datos en el CRM (Salesforce) y elaborar reportes mensuales de actividad y forecast.
  • Definir estrategias de mercado local junto con el VSI Sales Manager y el socio local (si procede); plan comercial anual y acciones de marketing.
