Job Description
We are looking for our Terrassa offices for a PROJECT MANAGER with 3 to 5 years of experience in the management of special equipment projects for the pharmaceutical industry and/or industrial machinery.
Mission:
- Organize, plan, and monitor special equipment projects through their different phases, according to the guidelines set by management, in order to guarantee the delivery of equipment meeting cost and deadline requirements, ensuring their quality.
- Support the implementation of new procedures and continuous improvement activities in Project Management, and ensure their correct application and consolidation.
- All of this following the guidelines set by management, ensuring compliance with the company's quality, environment, health, and safety policies.
Requirements
Education: Technical and/or Industrial Engineering.
- Specialization in mechanical and/or thermo-mechanical, electrical or electronic, and/or training acquired in the development of their usual profession.
- Advanced knowledge of IT and planning.
- B2 English, spoken and written.
Other requirements:
- Technical knowledge of PHARMA equipment.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations: GMP.

Misión:
- Organizar, planificar y seguir los proyectos de equipos especiales en sus diferentes fases, según las directrices marcadas por la dirección, a fin de garantizar la entrega de los equipos cumpliendo en coste y plazo, asegurando la calidad de estos.
- Soporte a la implementación de nuevos procedimientos y actividades de mejora continua en la Gestión de Proyectos, y velar por su correcta aplicación y consolidación.
- Todo ello siguiendo las directrices que marca la dirección, velando por el cumplimiento de las políticas de calidad, Medioambiente y salud y seguridad de la compañía.
Requisitos
Formación: Ingeniería técnica y/o industrial.
- Especialidad mecánica y/o termo-mecánica, eléctrica o electrónica y/o formación adquirida en el desarrollo de su profesión habitual.
- Conocimientos avanzados de informática y planificación.
- Inglés B2 hablado y escrito.

- Conocimientos técnicos de equipos PHARMA.
- Conocimientos de normativa farmacéutica: GMP.
- Paquete Microsoft Office y Microsoft Project.
