This position will allow you to gain practical experience in the field of SecOps (Security Operations), supporting initiatives that help improve the adoption of security solutions, identify business opportunities, and add value to partners and clients.

• Provide support to the team on initiatives related to security solutions and cloud operations.
• Collaborate in identifying the needs of partners and clients related to cybersecurity and technological adoption.
• Support the preparation of reports, data analysis, and tracking of business metrics.
• Participate in partner onboarding activities and support processes for solution adoption.
• Assist in the organization and promotion of campaigns and commercial initiatives focused on security and cloud.
• Collaborate in gathering and analyzing market information and technological trends.
• Support the management and development of relationships with partners and providers in the technological ecosystem.
• Contribute to the documentation of processes, best practices, and support materials for internal teams.
• Work alongside sales teams, business specialists, and technical experts to understand the value of security and cloud solutions.

• Basic knowledge of Cloud Computing (Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud).

• Be currently enrolled in or have completed studies in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Networks, Telecommunications, Cybersecurity, or related fields.
• Basic knowledge of Windows and/or Linux systems.

• Colaborar en la recopilación y análisis de información de mercado y tendencias tecnológicas.
• Apoyar la gestión y desarrollo de relaciones con partners y proveedores del ecosistema tecnológico.
• Contribuir a la documentación de procesos, buenas prácticas y materiales de apoyo para equipos internos.
• Trabajar junto a equipos de ventas, negocio y especialistas técnicos para comprender el valor de las soluciones de seguridad y cloud.
