About the role

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join a team undergoing technical and cultural transformation. Someone with their own technical judgment to tackle complex problems and provide real solutions.

You join at a key moment. We work with established practices alongside new initiatives we are progressively incorporating. We are not looking for someone to fit into a finished model, but rather someone who contributes to its construction: identifying problems before they escalate, leaving the code better than they found it, and helping raise the team's technical bar.

Our engineering model is evolving toward practices such as Pair and Ensemble Programming, TDD, Clean Architecture, and CI/CD. We are looking for someone who knows these practices, understands their impact on development quality, and wants to help consolidate them.

What you'll do

  • Design and develop medium- and high-complexity features across the stack, with the ability to work on Backend, Frontend, databases, or pipelines as the product requires.
  • Work autonomously on tasks that are not fully defined, making technical decisions with sound judgment and clearly communicating progress to the team.
  • Detect issues in the product or platform and propose improvements before they escalate.
  • Care for the quality of your own code and the team's: reviews, clear standards, and constructive resolution of technical differences.
  • Produce documentation, technical proposals, and runbooks that help the team understand what is being built, why, and how to evolve it.
  • Work with good engineering practices: automated testing in its various forms (unit, integration, E2E), pairing, and thoughtful refactoring.
  • Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines and migration automation.
  • Manage deployments and infrastructure with Kubernetes and Terraform, preferably on Azure.
  • Contribute to system resilience: monitoring, alerts, SLOs/SLIs, incident management, and operational documentation.
  • Communicate progress and technical decisions clearly, adapting the message to each audience—technical or non-technical.
  • Mentor less experienced colleagues, helping them grow technically and professionally.
  • Integrate AI tools and practices across the entire development flow—from design and documentation to testing and deployment—including agentic use to automate parts of the cycle.

What we're looking for

  • Solid technical mastery with your own judgment beyond the framework or language.
We use .NET and Vue, but we value experience with similar stacks; what matters is the fundamentals and adaptability.
  • Proven experience developing web applications in real, collaborative projects, having led or co-led features from start to finish.
  • Knowledge of relational databases and SQL. We use SQL Server and PostgreSQL, but we value any experience with relational databases or other approaches such as columnar.
  • Experience developing and consuming REST APIs with good design practices.
  • Experience with automated testing (unit, integration, E2E) with the judgment to know when and how to apply it.
  • Solid experience in CI/CD and deployment automation.
  • Comfort working with legacy code: knowing how to read the context, adapt, and refactor with judgment when necessary.

Nice to have

  • Experience in cloud environments (preferably Azure), with practical mastery of Kubernetes and Terraform integrated into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Familiarity with geospatial data, map visualizations, or interactive charts.
  • English level:  High, to read and write technical documentation and participate in conversations with international teams.
  • Real practice with AI tools as a regular part of work, including agentic use to automate parts of the development cycle.

Education & certifications

  • Education or certifications in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Systems Administration, or Software Development.
  • English certifications will be valued.

What you'll get

  • Competitive annual salary.
  • Health insurance and flexible compensation plan so you can adapt part of your compensation to your needs.
  • Annual bonus based on individual performance and company results.
  • Flexible working hours.
  • Remote work options.
