About the role

We are selecting personnel for mechanical assembly, where you will be dedicated to assembling accessories and electromechanical devices for cranes, hoists, and grabs using metal construction elements, both fixed and mobile.

What you'll do

Your duties will include:

-Select and determine the tools and equipment needed for assembly, based on shape and dimensions.

-Perform the assembly of elements and subassemblies of mechanical and electrical constructions (cranes, jibs, and hoists) by interpreting assembly drawings and technical specifications (rubber bumpers, heads, wheels, axles, cylinders, hoses, fittings, bearings, motor, part assembly, placement of accessories, repainting, hoses, limit switches, wiring, connections, terminal blocks, etc.).

-Check the proper fit of the parts in each subassembly (screws, anchors, connections, etc.).

-Verify the proper operation of the completed assembly (maneuver tests, load tests, no-load tests) and record it accordingly on the corresponding control sheet.

-Perform basic quality control operations in mechanical, electrical, or pneumatic constructions.

Knowledge: 

- Interpretation of electrical drawings, preferably EPLAN 

- Electrical materials and components. 

- Assembly and installation of electrical panels. 

- Operation of assembly machinery (forklift and overhead cranes).

- Manual manufacturing tools (testers, transformers, fuses, 

contactors, switches, relays, limit switches, etc.)
