About the role

At The Whiteam Consulting, we are looking for a Senior / Lead FullStack Developer for a T&M service, focused on the development, maintenance, and evolution of large-scale digital platforms, used internationally and involving multiple teams.

The role combines technical leadership and direct contribution to development, participating in architectural decisions, solution design, dependency coordination, and quality assurance.
We are looking for a profile with strong command of modern environments such as Java & Angular, microservices, cloud, automation, and CI/CD, capable of leading technical initiatives within distributed teams.

What you'll do

  • Design, implement, and maintain backend applications in Java 17 and Spring Boot (Security, Data, Cloud).

  • Develop and optimize REST APIs, integrations, and event-driven services using Apache Kafka.

  • Contribute to frontend development when necessary, using Angular (14-21+) and TypeScript.

  • Collaborate closely with Business Analysts:

    • Refine user stories

    • Understand requirements

    • Estimate tasks

    • Deliver complete solutions

  • Review code, validate technical deliverables, and guide the team with best practices.

  • Document software, ensure quality through unit, integration, and E2E testing.

  • Contribute to deployment cycle automation and CI/CD pipelines.

  • Monitor, improve, and maintain the stability and performance of microservices in production.
