Senior BMC Helix Developer | BMC Helix ITSM, ARS & REST | 100% Remote (Spain)

At The Whiteam Consulting we are looking for 2 Senior BMC Helix Developers with extensive experience in development, configuration, and integration of BMC Helix ITSM, to join a long-term technology project.

We are looking for profiles with solid experience in BMC Helix ITSM, especially in SaaS environments, with functional knowledge of ITIL processes and experience in development and configuration on AR System (ARS), as well as integrations with third-party systems via APIs.

• Develop and implement integrations on BMC Helix ITSM in SaaS environments.

• Design and configure workflows on the AR System (ARS) engine.

• Develop and configure forms, workflows, and applications on AR System.

• Work with BMC Helix Smart IT, including experience with progressive views.

• Build and configure services using BMC Helix Digital Workplace Catalog.

• Design and implement bidirectional integrations between BMC Helix ITSM and third-party systems using REST APIs.

• Configure and administer Remedy / AR System objects.

• Participate in integration with directories and external systems, including LDAP and Azure AD.

• Work with monitoring, ticketing, and other corporate system tools.

• Perform queries and developments using SQL.

• Develop reports and dashboards in Helix Dashboard.

• Collaborate with technical and functional teams on the evolution and improvement of the platform.

• Experience with BMC Remedy / BMC Helix ITSM.

• Advanced experience in developing Forms, Active Links, Filters, and Escalations.

• Experience in designing applications on AR System.

• Knowledge of Remedy object administration.

• Experience with REST and SOAP APIs.

• Experience in integrations with LDAP and Azure AD.

• Experience with monitoring and ticketing tools.

• Experience with connectors and data exchange with external systems.

• Experience in developing reports using Helix Dashboard.

• We have 23 days of vacation per year

• We have 14 paychecks, 12 monthly and two extras (June and December)

• More than 5 years of experience working in development and integration with BMC Helix ITSM.

• At least 3 years of experience working with BMC Helix ITSM in SaaS mode.

• Functional knowledge of ITIL processes applied to BMC Helix ITSM.

• Demonstrable experience with the AR System (ARS) engine and workflow configuration.

• Experience with BMC Helix Smart IT, specifically with progressive views.

• Experience in building services with BMC Helix Digital Workplace Catalog.

• Experience in configuring bidirectional integrations via REST APIs.

• Knowledge and practical experience with SQL.

• ITIL certification.

• University degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Science, or related fields.

• Diploma or Technical Engineering qualifications will also be valued when accompanied by 24 additional months of experience.

• Exceptionally, profiles with CFGS (Higher Degree in Vocational Training) related to the technology field may be considered.

• También se valorarán titulaciones de Diplomatura o Ingeniería Técnica cuando se acrediten 24 meses adicionales de experiencia.

• Excepcionalmente, se podrán valorar perfiles con CFGS relacionados con el ámbito tecnológico.
