As a BRAND AMBASSADOR, you will be responsible for achieving sales goals and providing an excellent shopping experience, but above all, you will have the great mission of winning over new #TOUSLovers.

What would your main duties be?

• Execute store operational guidelines such as inventory control, product display, merchandise arrangement and receiving, among other activities; but mainly generate a fabulous shopping experience for our customers.
• You will handle the receiving and arrangement of products as well as inventory management and control.
• You will help us ensure the cleanliness and order of the sales space.
• You will execute our customer service model.

Monthly gross base salary of $1,776,000 plus a variable commission scheme subject to meeting goals.

• You must be passionate about executing store operations, with at least 1 year of experience in this position or similar roles.
• Essential experience in retail sectors or companies, premium and/or luxury brands; this would be a super hit.
• We will highly value skills to build and maintain solid client follow-up through Clienteling. (Necessary experience in this sales method.)
• Ability to learn or adapt to digital tools.

¿Tus funciones principales serían?

• Ejecutar los lineamientos operativos de tienda tales como control de inventarios, exhibición de los productos, acomodo y recepción de mercancía, entre otras actividades; pero principalmente generar una experiencia de compra fabulosa a nuestros clientes.
• Llevarás el recibo y acomodo de producto al igual que el manejo y control de inventarios.
• Nos ayudarás a asegurar la limpieza y orden del espacio de ventas.
• Ejecutarás nuestro modelo de servicio al cliente.

Sueldo base bruto mensual de $1,776,000 más esquema de comisiones variable el cual está sujeto a alcance de objetivos.

• Valoraremos muy positivamente que poseas habilidades para construir y mantener un sólido seguimiento de clientes a través del Clienteling. (Experiencia necesaria en este método de venta.)
• Habilidad para aprender o adaptarse a herramientas digitales.
