About the position

Do you have experience as a Teleoperator (M/F/X) or would you like to make the leap into this sector? This could be your opportunity! We are looking for people eager to work in Valencia.

💡 What you will do in your day-to-day:

✔️ Handling high volumes of incoming calls (Call Center).

✔️ Resolving customer incidents in the Auto Claims area.

What we offer

🎯 Contract: Initially via temporary employment agency (ETT), stable position.

💰 Salary: €9.71/h gross.

📅 Schedule: 2 resources: Mon and Tue 8-13 and 16-19h; Wed, Thu 12-20h; Fri 13-20h (39h). Schedule from Monday to Friday, with some Saturdays per month in the morning 5-6h. Local and regional holidays will be worked.

Initial training: From 07/13 to 08/31 everyone in a single group in the morning 9-14h.

💡 Lo que harás en tu día a día:

✔️ Recepción de llamadas masivas (Call Center).

✔️ Resolución de incidencias de los clientes en área Siniestros Auto.

Lo que ofrecemos

🎯 Contrato: Inicialmente por ETT, puesto estable.

💰 Salario: 9,71€/h bruto.

📅 Horario: 2 recursos: L y M 8-13 y 16-19h; X,J 12-20h; V 13-20h (39h). Horario de lunes a viernes, con algún sábado al mes en horario de mañana 5-6h. Trabajarán los festivos locales y autonómicos.

Formación inicial: Del 13/07 al 31/08 todos en único grupo por la mañana 9-14h.
