Team Leader - Railway Terminal

• Comprehensive planning and management of the teams responsible for circulation and shunting operations at the terminal.
• Budget management and client relations.
• Staff planning and assignment: Define and coordinate task distribution, optimizing efficiency and ensuring the team meets established deadlines.
• Incident management: Resolve operational and logistical issues promptly, ensuring the correct execution of the service.

• Experience in team and budget management.
• Knowledge/experience in the railway sector will be valued.
• Higher-level vocational training (HNC/HND) or a university degree, preferably in technical fields.

• Experiencia en gestión de equipos y presupuestos.
• Valorable conocimientos/experiencia en el sector ferroviario.
• Formación de Grado Superior o Grado Universitario, preferiblemente en ramas técnicas.
