About the position

We are selecting proactive profiles to join the team providing support for an international retail platform. This could be your opportunity! We are looking for people eager to work in Madrid.

💡 What you will do on a daily basis:

✔️ Receiving calls, resolving issues, and answering customer inquiries and doubts.

What we offer

🎯 Contract: Temporary for a stable service with the possibility of extension

💰 Salary: 9.71 euros/hour + Language bonus

📅 Schedule: 38.5 hours/week within the time slot from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

🏆 Extras: Paid training provided by the company once the probationary period is completed.
